THE RAW MATERIALS
Producing high quality steel wire ropes demands the best raw materials available. This means, using the best grade of carbon steel, coating materials, chemicals, lubricants and more. To maintain these high standards, we have formed and maintained strong tie-ups with suppliers for the best in every component. These tie-ups ensure that our products offer unmatchable quality, performance and value to our clients.
To cater to so many different industries means to customize the product for each purpose. This means that even the raw material used must be of an ideal type to suit the usage of the final product. We take utmost care to ensure that the composition of carbon steel or stainless steel used is perfect for the wire rope to be made for an industry-specific use. The sourcing of these raw materials is done by a team of experts who are adept at identifying and choosing the best quality and most cost-effective materials for our ropes, in order to ensure that our product is good as well as affordable.
Our chief production facility located at Shahapur, Maharashtra has a production capacity exceeding thousands of metric tonnes a year. We source most of our component materials from home, but there are certain parts of the product which are available at a far superior quality in other countries. We believe that quality must not be compromised at any cost, and so we prefer to import these components from foreign countries like Belgium, Korea, Eastern Europe, Taiwan, China, etc.
Our technically advanced manufacturing processes, along with Statistical Process Control (SPC) ensure an optimal conversion of raw material into a final manufactured product of the highest quality.
